2.     Notes for universal joint bearings

1)    In disassembly, transfer, inventory, to prevent bumping and pile pressure;

4)    As far as possible when the vehicle braking, transmission in neutral or clutch in separation, to prevent transmission overload;

5)    Often check the sealing situation of the center support bearing, cross shaft bearing and sliding spline, and replace the failed oil seal in time. Smooth grease is often injected. In order to make each bearing of the universal joint fully smooth, it is necessary to make smooth oil extrude from the oil seal of the bearing to stop. Smooth center support bearings should be stopped from the vent hole of the former bearing cover;

6)    Often check the connecting bolts fastening the drive shaft and supporting parts;

7)    Often check the diameter of the center supporting bearing, axial gap, axial gap of the cross shaft, the cooperation gap of the cross shaft and bearing, bearing and universal joint fork hole, the circumferential gap of the sliding spline pair;

8)    Check whether the drive shaft is tortuous, concave, balance sheet is falling;

9)    Check whether the positioning of the engine, rear axle (drive axle) and center support beam conform to the specification.
